M7000 Dry Etch Series is an effective replacement for unstable used equipment used in critical etch process for semiconductor, optical communication, bump process, MEMS and other processes that demand results.

HDP Upgrade Etch Series is an upgrade of existing equipment for customer who are faced with obsolescence due to smaller geometry and the need to invest in equipment that can handle 0.13~0.15㎛ deep contacts and SAC processes.

We also are supplying several atmospheric pressure Plasma module and PEARL RF module in semicondutor, FDP and general industry.
